Owned and operated by chef Carole Sullivan and her husband Dan, Mustang Catering gained a distinguished foodie following in Southwest Montana. Chef Sullivan crafted individualized event settings with delectable menus for private parties, family gatherings, and other unique occasions ranging from cowboy branding celebrations to ladies’ garden parties on the banks of the Yellowstone River. In addition, Mustang was noted for its café in downtown Livingston, Montana.

Engine 8 worked closely with chef Sullivan to develop her brand identity, website, email marketing, print materials, and most recently the exterior signage at her new café location on Main Street in downtown Livingston. A milestone in Engine 8’s partnership with Sullivan was the design and publication of Gatherings: Recipes from Montana’s Mustang Kitchen. The cookbook tastefully reflects Sullivan’s unique passion for food and her delight in sharing her talent.
